In the kitchen, we've installed sophisticated maple cabinets with adjustable shelves, and we selected state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, including a flat top stove. In the master bathroom you'll find a large garden tub and an enclosed shower.
Protect your vehicles from the Florida sun. Each condo has a one-car garage, a private driveway for a second car, and community parking abounds.
Each condo has washer and dryer hook-up, stain resistant carpet, knock-down wall and ceiling texture, and raised panel doors. We've installed high efficiency heat-pump central cooling systems. The master bedrooms feature large walk-in closets. We've installed sound reduction details between residences' walls and floors. The condos at Harbor Vista feature two-story concrete block construction. We constructed fire-walls between residences, and for the roofs, we selected 30-year architectural shingles.
Every Harbor Vista condo includes a specious screened patio, large enough for a dining table, hammocks, and chaise lounges. Most patios enjoy a view of the majestic cypress trees that line the shore of Lake Harris--and the beautiful lake beyond.
